2. Products & Pricing All prices on our website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take all

reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve

the right to correct errors and update product information at any time.

3. Ordering & Payments By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are legally capable of

entering into binding contracts. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept major

credit/debit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent

upon successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship cigar accessories and related products worldwide, excluding countries

where such goods are restricted.

We only ship alcohol within the UK. You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol. By placing an alcohol

order, you confirm you are of legal age. Age verification may be required at delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. We

are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure.

5. Returns & Cancellations UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt

under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, contact us by email. Items must be returned

unused and in original condition.

7. Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or delays caused by third-party carriers, customs

inspections, or incorrect customer information.

9. Alcohol Sales (UK Only) We sell alcohol only to customers within the UK aged 18 and over. By

purchasing, you confirm you meet this legal requirement. Deliveries may be subject to age verification

upon receipt. We reserve the right to cancel any alcohol order we believe violates these terms.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any

disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
