TASTING PROFILE
A nose of rancio, tropical wood, nutmeg, and mace notes. At first it opens up with raisins, sultanas, dried fruits, papaya, and guava. Then moving to coffee grounds, cocoa powder, liquorice root, and cigar box. The palate is sweet and complex, with a long finish, showing an explosion of honey, orange and kumquat notes.
